{"id":4420,"date":"2020-04-09T15:31:35","date_gmt":"2020-04-09T13:31:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/troutfishing-germany.com\/?p=4420"},"modified":"2020-07-15T16:44:56","modified_gmt":"2020-07-15T14:44:56","slug":"wurmbuntes-messer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/troutfishing-germany.com\/en\/2020\/04\/wurmbuntes-messer\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Wurmbuntes&#8221; Messer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Schon l\u00e4nger wollte ich ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes Allzweck-Messer machen, das scharf genug ist um damit in der K\u00fcche zu arbeiten, aber robust genug um auch mal kleinere Holzarbeiten auszuf\u00fchren, zu schnitzen und zu hacken.&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Die Form der Klinge ist angelehnt an fr\u00fchmittelalterliche Sax-Klingen. Charakteristisch ist dabei der dreieckige Querschnitt, das Fehlen eines Ricassos und der Klingenaufbau aus gegenl\u00e4ufig tordiertem (gedrehtem) Damaststahl im Kern der Klinge.
