Flyfishing with a streamer is very productive, but to be honest – nymphing is much more fun!

…a nymph is dropping much more elegantly onto the water than a streamer, and you can cast it artfully. The takes are more subtle and you have to be fully concentrated the entire time… “think yourself” into the currents of the stream and feel every little dip and every whirl.

And nymphing can be very rewarding too, as I was able to proof again today: a grayling with 50cm took my pheasant tail nymph variant, as did several small browns.
